Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3-4 mashed ripe bananas
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Step 1In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in the bananas. Combine the dry ingredients; add to the creamed mixture and mix well.

Step 2Divide the batter in half. Add cocoa to half; spread into a greased 9 X 13 inch baking pan. Spoon remaining batter on top and swirl with a knife to marble.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.
