Ingredients

all purpose flour
2 c
finely ground graham crackers
11/4 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
tsp.baking powder
1 c
soft butter
11/2 c
sugar
1
egg
3 Tbsp
rum extract

How to Make BIT’S “O” BRICKLE RUM COOKIE CRISP’S

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • 2In a large bowl,mix all dry ingredients,except sugar and set aside.
  • 3Using your mixer,beat butter,sugar,egg and rum extract.
  • 4Gradually blend in the rest of the dry ingredients.Make sure you mix thoroughly.
  • 5Roll tbls.of dough into balls.Place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
  • 6Bake 10-12 minutes depending on how crisp you like.Cook until intire cookie is golden brown.
