Ingredients

  • 23/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups finely ground graham crackers
  • 11/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon tsp.baking powder
  • 1 cup soft butter
  • 11/2 cups sugar
  • 1 - egg
  • 3 tablespoons rum extract

How To Make bit’s “o” brickle rum cookie crisp’s

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl,mix all dry ingredients,except sugar and set aside.
  • Step 3
    Using your mixer,beat butter,sugar,egg and rum extract.
  • Step 4
    Gradually blend in the rest of the dry ingredients.Make sure you mix thoroughly.
  • Step 5
    Roll tbls.of dough into balls.Place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
  • Step 6
    Bake 10-12 minutes depending on how crisp you like.Cook until intire cookie is golden brown.
