Ingredients
- 23/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups finely ground graham crackers
- 11/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon tsp.baking powder
- 1 cup soft butter
- 11/2 cups sugar
- 1 - egg
- 3 tablespoons rum extract
How To Make bit’s “o” brickle rum cookie crisp’s

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2In a large bowl,mix all dry ingredients,except sugar and set aside.

Step 3Using your mixer,beat butter,sugar,egg and rum extract.

Step 4Gradually blend in the rest of the dry ingredients.Make sure you mix thoroughly.

Step 5Roll tbls.of dough into balls.Place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.

Step 6Bake 10-12 minutes depending on how crisp you like.Cook until intire cookie is golden brown.
