Ingredients

  • 23/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 c
    finely ground graham crackers
  • 11/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    tsp.baking powder
  • 1 c
    soft butter
  • 11/2 c
    sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 3 Tbsp
    rum extract

How to Make BIT’S “O” BRICKLE RUM COOKIE CRISP’S

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl,mix all dry ingredients,except sugar and set aside.
  3. Using your mixer,beat butter,sugar,egg and rum extract.
  4. Gradually blend in the rest of the dry ingredients.Make sure you mix thoroughly.
  5. Roll tbls.of dough into balls.Place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake 10-12 minutes depending on how crisp you like.Cook until intire cookie is golden brown.
