Ingredients
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 1-2 cup sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups sesame seeds
How To Make biscotti regina (italian sesame seed cookies)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Combine flour, baking powder & salt in small bowl & set aside.

Step 3Cream butter & sugar until fluffy.

Step 4Add eggs one at a time with mixer running until smooth.

Step 5Add vanilla & beat in.

Step 6Next add flour mixture & beat until well mixed.

Step 7To form cookies, divide dough in half and roll into logs. Cut into 3 inch lengths.

Step 8Dip each piece of dough into cream & roll into sesame seeds.

Step 9Place cookies on baking sheet & bake til golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 10Let cool & serve.

Step 11They will keep in airtight container for about 2 weeks.
