2 stickbutter, room temperature

1 tspvanilla extract

1 cheavy cream

2 csesame seeds
How to Make Biscotti Regina (Italian Sesame Seed Cookies)
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine flour, baking powder & salt in small bowl & set aside.
- Cream butter & sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time with mixer running until smooth.
- Add vanilla & beat in.
- Next add flour mixture & beat until well mixed.
- To form cookies, divide dough in half and roll into logs. Cut into 3 inch lengths.
- Dip each piece of dough into cream & roll into sesame seeds.
- Place cookies on baking sheet & bake til golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Let cool & serve.
- They will keep in airtight container for about 2 weeks.
