- 2 packages Biscoff cookies (8 oz each)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream, more or less for consistency
How To Make biscoff cookie sandwiches

Step 1Place 20 of the Biscoff cookies in a food processor. Add the powdered sugar, butter, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt. Add one tablespoon of heavy cream.

Step 2Process until smoothish, adding more heavy cream if needed.

Step 3Spread between the remaining cookies to make a Biscoff-on-Biscoff sandwich cookie.
