big spice cookies
These are a spicy chewy wonderful cookie. For my Grand Kids I take a scoop of vanilla ice cream between two of these and they gobble them up! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 package 18.5oz. spice cake mix (i use duncan hines)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 6 teaspoons vanilla extract (i use pure vanilla extract)
How To Make big spice cookies

Step 1In a bowl, combine cake mix, ginger, and baking soda. Stir in water, molasses and vanilla; mix well.

Step 2With floured hands, rolls dough into 10 balls all same size. (size of a walnut) Place 3 inches apart on parchment lined cookie sheets and flatten slightly.

Step 3Bake at 375 for 13-15 minutes or until surface cracks and cookies are firm. Remove to wire racks to cool. Makes 10 large cookies,
