Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1-1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1-1/2 cup granulated white sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3 sticks butter, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups sweetened coconut
- 2 cups chopped pecans
How To Make big mama’s best cookies

Step 1Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg in a small bowl.

Step 2In a large bowl, cream butter with an electric mixer until creamy, and add sugars a little at a time. Add vanilla.

Step 3Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Beat on low until well combined.

Step 4Stir in chocolate chips, oats, coconut, and pecans.

Step 5Using a medium scoop, scoop mixture 3” apart onto parchment-lined baking sheets.

Step 6Bake 15 minutes, remove to wire racks to cool. Enjoy!
