These are my addiction! U can make these all year long! I usually make these for one of my christmas cookies...i just sprinkle a few green and red sprinkles on them...or u can use white chocolate and use food coloring for a festive look! :)

Ingredients

1 box of ritz crackers
1 package almond bark (chocolate or white chocolate)
- peanut butter

How To Make "better then girl scouts"cookies

Step 1

Spread a small amount of peanut butter onto half of the crackers. Top with the remaining crackers to make a sandwich.

Step 2

Line cookie sheets with wax paper.
Step 3

Melt the almond bark in a microwave safe bowl until the chocolate is almost melted. Remove from the microwave and stir until it is smooth.
Step 4

Using a tongs, dip each sandwich into the chocolate until completely covered. Allow the excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
Step 5

Place covered sandwiches onto the waxed paper to dry. Then sprinkle with holiday sprinkles for a festive look!(sprinkle before the cookies dry)
