These are my addiction! U can make these all year long! I usually make these for one of my christmas cookies...i just sprinkle a few green and red sprinkles on them...or u can use white chocolate and use food coloring for a festive look! :)

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1 box
of ritz crackers
1 pkg
almond bark (chocolate or white chocolate)
peanut butter

How to Make "Better then Girl Scouts"Cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Spread a small amount of peanut butter onto half of the crackers.
    Top with the remaining crackers to make a sandwich.
  • 2Line cookie sheets with wax paper.
  • 3Melt the almond bark in a microwave safe bowl until the chocolate is almost melted.
    Remove from the microwave and stir until it is smooth.
  • 4Using a tongs, dip each sandwich into the chocolate until completely covered. Allow the excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
  • 5Place covered sandwiches onto the waxed paper to dry.
    Then sprinkle with holiday sprinkles for a festive look!(sprinkle before the cookies dry)
