These are my addiction! U can make these all year long! I usually make these for one of my christmas cookies...i just sprinkle a few green and red sprinkles on them...or u can use white chocolate and use food coloring for a festive look! :)

Ingredients For "better then girl scouts"cookies

1 boxof ritz crackers

1 pkgalmond bark (chocolate or white chocolate)

How To Make "better then girl scouts"cookies

1Spread a small amount of peanut butter onto half of the crackers. Top with the remaining crackers to make a sandwich.

2Line cookie sheets with wax paper.

3Melt the almond bark in a microwave safe bowl until the chocolate is almost melted. Remove from the microwave and stir until it is smooth.

4Using a tongs, dip each sandwich into the chocolate until completely covered. Allow the excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.

5Place covered sandwiches onto the waxed paper to dry. Then sprinkle with holiday sprinkles for a festive look!(sprinkle before the cookies dry)
