best oatmeal raisin cookies

For those that don't like raisins, I make oatmeal M&M cookies.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding (i use large package)
- 2 - eggs
- 3 1/2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 cup raisins
How To Make best oatmeal raisin cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour with soda in medium bowl. In large bowl, combine butter, the sugars, and pudding mix. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in oats and raisins. Batter will be stiff.

Step 2Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until light golden brown.
