My friend, Pam, served these at a New Year's Eve party. The cookies were so good that people actually snuck into her freezer to get more when she wasn't looking.

Ingredients

How to Make Best Ever Peanut Butter Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. In microwave, melt peanut butter and butterscotch chips in a large bowl. Cook for 30 seconds, stir. Repeat until chips are melted. Stir until smooth.

    Add cornflakes 1 cup at a time until the peanut butter mixture doesn't drip off the cereal

    Drop by rounded tablespoon onto a lined cookie sheet

    Freeze for 15 minutes to set

    Store in a baggie on the counter or freezer (my fav).
