These cookies taste like they have caramel in them even though they do not. They are salty, sweet and yummy. Make a lot because they go fast!!!!

3 sticks butter
2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup sugar
2 - eggs
1/2 teaspoon water
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
4 cups oats
1 teaspoon baking soda

How To Make best ever oatmeal cookies

Step 1

preheat oven to 350

Step 2

cream together butter, sugars, eggs, water and vanilla.
Step 3

In a separate bowl add flour, salt and soda. Add to creamed mixture.
Step 4

Stir in oats. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes.
