Ingredients

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
1 package instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz)
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

How To Make best ever chocolate chip cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Step 2

In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, and dry pudding mix. Set aside.
Step 3

In a separate bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until fluffy.
Step 4

Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well after each addition.
Step 5

Gradually beat in dry ingredients.
Step 6

Stir in semi sweet chocolate chips.
Step 7

Drop onto parchment lined cookie sheets. (For this I use a 2 oz cookie scoop)
Step 8

Bake for 10 minutes. (The first batch may take a minute longer)
Step 9

Let the cookies cool slightly, get some milk, and enjoy!
