Ingredients

(2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 c
granulated sugar
3/4 c
packed brown sugar
1 tsp
vanilla extract
2 large
eggs
2 1/4 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking soda
2 tsp
salt
1 pkg
instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz)
3 c
semi-sweet chocolate chips

How to Make Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  • 2In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, and dry pudding mix. Set aside.
  • 3In a separate bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until fluffy.
  • 4Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well after each addition.
  • 5Gradually beat in dry ingredients.
  • 6Stir in semi sweet chocolate chips.
  • 7Drop onto parchment lined cookie sheets. (For this I use a 2 oz cookie scoop)
  • 8Bake for 10 minutes. (The first batch may take a minute longer)
  • 9Let the cookies cool slightly, get some milk, and enjoy!
