I love these sugar cookies. Easy to make a quick batch. Problem is they disappear fast so make a double batch.

2 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 - egg

How To Make best darn surgar cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2

Stir flour, baking soda and baking powder together and set aside.
Step 3

Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla mix together.
Step 4

Gradually add dry ingredients. Till incoporated. Drop by teaspoonful unto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 min. Remove to rack to cool. Enjoy!
