I received this from a dear friend whose neice had worked at the White House. The chef had to make a quick dessert from some foreign group that showed up and he thought this up on a whim. I always get great compliments on this. This was when Bush was in office. Enjoy!!!

3large bars of chocolate with toffee
How To Make best chocolate brownie surprise

1prepare brownies according to directions on box -
2Grease a large square pan and add half of the batter.

3Place the candy bars along top and cover with remaining brownie mix. Cook according to receipe or until done. Let cool before cutting.
