I received this from a dear friend whose neice had worked at the White House. The chef had to make a quick dessert from some foreign group that showed up and he thought this up on a whim. I always get great compliments on this. This was when Bush was in office. Enjoy!!!

2 boxes browine mix
3 - large bars of chocolate with toffee

How To Make best chocolate brownie surprise

Step 1

prepare brownies according to directions on box

Step 2

Grease a large square pan and add half of the batter.
Step 3

Place the candy bars along top and cover with remaining brownie mix. Cook according to receipe or until done. Let cool before cutting.
