Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3 small eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup coconut, flaked
- 1 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup almonds, slivered
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, mini
How To Make berry good for you cookies

Step 1preheat oven to 350. in a large mixing bowl, combine oil, eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. beat ingredients until well mixed.

Step 2in a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. add to oil mixture and stir until just combined.

Step 3stir in rolled oats, coconut, cherries, cranberries, almonds and chocolate chips. mix well.

Step 4form dough into 1 inch balls and place about 2 inches apart on nonstick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. flatten slightly with fork. bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 5cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet and then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
