brown sugar
1 Tbsp
vanilla extract
1 1/2 c
whole wheat flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1 1/2 c
rolled oats
1/2 c
coconut, flaked
1 c
dried cherries
1/2 c
dried cranberries
1/2 c
almonds, slivered
1/2 c
chocolate chips, mini

How to Make Berry Good For You Cookies


  • 1preheat oven to 350. in a large mixing bowl, combine oil, eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. beat ingredients until well mixed.
  • 2in a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. add to oil mixture and stir until just combined.
  • 3stir in rolled oats, coconut, cherries, cranberries, almonds and chocolate chips. mix well.
  • 4form dough into 1 inch balls and place about 2 inches apart on nonstick cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. flatten slightly with fork. bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 5cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet and then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
