Ingredients
- 3 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temp.
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar (packed)
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make basic cookie dough

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Combine butter, sugar, and brown sugar in seperate bowl, and beat with a mixer until well combines. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Step 2Gradually add flour mixture and beat until evenly blended. Dough can be wrapped in plastic wrap and refrigerated up to 3 days.
