This double chocolate chip cookie was shared with me in 1991 at our Son's Baseball Little League games. It has been a favorite and made frequently. A great Crowd Pleasing Cookie!

Ingredients

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup ghirardelli chocolate chips

How To Make baseball doubled chocolate cookies

  • All the ingredients.
    Step 1
Mix all Ingredients (EXCEPT Chocolate Chips) gently.
  • Step 2
Whatever you do, Do Not Add additional water. ONLY 3 TABLESPOONS.
  • Step 3
Gently toss and mix the chocolate chips into batter.
  • Step 4
I let the complete finished batter rest open air for 15 to 20 minutes before baking.
  • Step 5
Place the cookie batter into the 1/4 cup for LARGE cookies. I like 1/8 measurements for a smaller cookie.
  • Step 6
Drop cookie mix onto a parchment lined cookie sheet at least 1 inch apart.
  • Step 7
Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. Large 1/4 Cup cookies bake at 375° 15 to 17 minutes.
  • Step 8
Check the cookies close to doneness by visually. The center top should look glossy and the rest of cookie looks cracking.
  • Step 9
Cool for a couple of minutes and gently pick up cookie off the parchment paper to verify doneness. Cool and store in your favorite container.
  • Step 10
I place cookie dough in individual plastic wrap to freeze and bake at another time.
