Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup mashed bananas, be sure they are very ripe
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make banana nut cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat until well mixed. Add bananas, milk and vanilla. Mix until well combine.

Step 3In separate bowl, combine flour, salt and baking powder. Add dry mixture to large bowl. Stir until combined. Stir in nuts.

Step 4Drop by teaspoon-fulls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, or until edges are browned.
