  • 2 c
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 3/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 2/3 c
  • 2/3 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 c
    mashed ripe bananas (3 medium)
  • 1
  • 1-2/3 c
    mini chocolate chips

How to Make Banana Mini Chocolate Chip Bars


  1. Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl.
    Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy.
  2. Beat in bananas and egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture; stir in mini chips.
  3. Spread into greased 15 X 10 inch jelly roll pan.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
