Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (3 medium)
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2/3 cup mini chocolate chips

How To Make banana mini chocolate chip bars

  • Step 1
    Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy.
  • Step 2
    Beat in bananas and egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture; stir in mini chips.
  • Step 3
    Spread into greased 15 X 10 inch jelly roll pan. .
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
