Ingredients
- 1 - ripe banana (mashed)
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 - egg
- 1 package sugar cookie mix (dry)
- 1 can cream cheese frosting
How To Make banana flip cookies (sandwiches)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Cream the butter, banana, vanilla, and egg together. Then add the sugar cookie mix.

Step 3Drop in circular dollops onto greased cookie sheet You can make them large(like moon pie size) or smaller (for cookie size snacks). Bake for 12-14 minutes.

Step 4Allow to cool and fill halves with cream cheese frosting and sanswich together. Refridgerate leftovers.
