Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 banana, smashed
- 1 box (3.4 ounces) instant banana cream pudding
- 2 large eggs
- 2-1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups white chocolate chips or butterscotch chips or semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make banana cream cookies

Step 1Combine dry ingredients: set aside. Combine butter and sugars and mix with an electric mixer.

Step 2Add banana, pudding mix, eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

Step 3Put dry ingredients into mixing bowl with banana mixture and mix slowly. Add chips and mix.

Step 4Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto parchment lined baking sheets. Bake at 350 minutes for 10 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes and then transfer to wire rack.
