Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2-1 cup mashed banana
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make banana chocolate chip blondie bars

Step 1In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Mix until combined. Add vanilla and egg, mix well.

Step 2Whisk flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda together and add to wet ingredients. Add mashed bananas and stir until combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips and nuts. DO NOT OVERMIX. Sprinkle some mini chips on top.

Step 3Pour into a greased and floured 8 X 8 inch baking pan.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
