Banana Bars

Ingredients

1/2 cmargarine

1 1/2 csugar

2eggs
-
3/4 cbuttermilk
-
2 - 3ripe bananas
-
2 cflour
-
1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1 tspvanilla
How to Make Banana Bars
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into jelly roll pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
- Honey Frosting:
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1/4 c. honey
Beat until light and fluffy
Blend:
3 c. powdered sugar and 2 egg whites
Beat 10 minutes at high speed. Spread on cooled bars. Can keep in refrigerator or freezer for several weeks. ENJOY!
