Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 - (16 ounces) container chocolate frosting
- 2 large very ripe bananas, mashed
How To Make banana bars

Step 1Grease a 9 X 13 inch baking pan. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the sour cream and and vanilla.,

Step 2Combine the dry ingredients; stir into the batter. Mix in the mashed banana. Spread evenly onto prepared pan.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool bars in pan on wire rack. Frost.
