Mix all together. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before removing from pan so that the cookies set up properly and don't break. Yields: 2 dozen
*This recipe can be modified to any cake mix and various other ingredients. For instance, butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips and coconut are also great ingredients to use. My mother in-law loves lemon so I have used a lemon cake mix and just coconut for hers. Cater to your taste buds!
