Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolte chips, or mix with white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup nuts of your choice
- 1 pound bacon, cooked crisp and cut into 1/4" pieces

Step 1Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Step 2Combine dry ingredients in medium sized bowl, set aside. In large bowl, mix sugars, add butter and mix well. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until well blended. Add the flour mixture a bit at a time. When dry ingredients are blended in, add chips, nuts and bacon pieces and mix in carefully. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 20-22 minutes until golden brown. Transfer onto cooling rack.
