AUNT LIZ'S LINZER TARTS
How to Make AUNT LIZ'S LINZER TARTS
- Cream butter and crisco with sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat till combined. Add flour and salt.
- Put in refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Roll on floured furface about 1/4 inch thick. Cut with linzer cookie cutter.
- Bake at 400 degree oven on cookie sheed sprayed with Pam till very light brown.
- After they are cool fill with jam and dust with confectionary sugar.
