This is a super easy recipe. It's also very versatile. You can add any ingredient you would like into the batter or frost with your favorite frosting. I like chopped nuts in mine with a little fudge icing on top. This calls for a yellow cake mix but you can use any flavor that you like.

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon flavoring (any kind that you like)
1/2 cup chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or coconut

How To Make assorted cookies/one recipe

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the cake mix with the two beaten eggs and oil. Mix in nuts or any flavored chips or coconut into the batter. With a teaspoon, make balls out of the cookie dough and place on ungreased cookie sheets. With a fork, flatten the dough. Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 2

These are great for adding peanut butter or butter scotch. The flavors are endless. For chocolate, chocolate chip cookies. Use a devils food cake and chocolate chips. Frost with chocolate icing.
