Assorted Cookies/One recipe

This is a super easy recipe. It's also very versatile. You can add any ingredient you would like into the batter or frost with your favorite frosting. I like chopped nuts in mine with a little fudge icing on top. This calls for a yellow cake mix but you can use any flavor that you like.

makes two dozen

1 box
yellow cake mix
2 large
eggs, beaten
1/2 c
canola oil
1 tsp
flavoring (any kind that you like)
1/2 c
chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or coconut

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the cake mix with the two beaten eggs and oil. Mix in nuts or any flavored chips or coconut into the batter. With a teaspoon, make balls out of the cookie dough and place on ungreased cookie sheets. With a fork, flatten the dough. Bake for 20 minutes.
2These are great for adding peanut butter or butter scotch. The flavors are endless. For chocolate, chocolate chip cookies. Use a devils food cake and chocolate chips. Frost with chocolate icing.
