How to Make Apricot Squares
- 1Cream together first 4 ingredients.
- 2Add next 3 ingredients to make a stiff dough.
- 3Pat 3/4 of the dough into a 10x15" pan, and pat down firmly. Spread jam/preserves over mixture then sprinkle pecans over jam. Crumble remaining dough over mixture and press in lightly, showing spots of jam.
- 4Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
