FROSTING

1/3 capricot preserves

1 1/2 cconfectioners' sugar

1 Tbspbutter

1/8 tspapricot flavoring
How to Make Apricot cookie
- Oven 350
grease baking sheets or line w/parchment paper.
blend butter, cheese, and milk. Add brown sugar mixing till smooth, and stir in the preserves. Combine the dry ingredients and stir into the creamed mixture. Drop by 2 Tbs full, 2" apart. Bake 10-14 minutes watch closely after 10 min baking. - Frosting
Combine sugar, preserves, butter, and flavoring. Optional: Top cookies with nutmeat lightly crushed, broken, or whole.
