Ingredients

• 1-1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1 - egg
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon cloves
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 cup raisins
• 1 cup unpealed apple
• 1/4 cup apple juice or milk
