Ingredients
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, light
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
How To Make apple cider cookies

Step 1Reduce Apple Cider: Pour 1 cup apple cider into a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes until it reduces to 1/4 cup. Allow to cool.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 3Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Step 4In a large bowl cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

Step 5Beat in eggs, one at a time.

Step 6Add reduced apple cider and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Step 7Add dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix until combined.

Step 8Scoop 1 Tbsp portion of dough and roll into balls. Place on cookie sheet.

Step 9Bake 10-12 minutes until golden.

Step 10Let cool on a cookie sheet for 5 minutes. Remove to wire rack. Enjoy!
