How to Make Anise Biscotti
- Preheat oven to 350. Blend eggs, sugar, oil, anise flavor and Baking Powder.
- Add flour 1/2 cup at a time.
- Dough will be very sticky, wet hands with warm water and shape into a log and place on greased cookie sheet. bake 25-30 minutes, you want to see a slight tan to the edge of log.
- Remove from oven and cool about 5 minutes. With a serrated knife cut on a diagonal, and place back on cookie sheet, bake 15-20 minutes turning once. Cool on rack.
