anise biscotti
This is my great grandmothers recipe and it seems to be a favorite of almost anyone who tastes them. I love dunking in espresso coffee...lol.

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon anise flavor or more if you like
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups flour
How To Make anise biscotti

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Blend eggs, sugar, oil, anise flavor and Baking Powder.

Step 2Add flour 1/2 cup at a time.

Step 3Dough will be very sticky, wet hands with warm water and shape into a log and place on greased cookie sheet. bake 25-30 minutes, you want to see a slight tan to the edge of log.

Step 4Remove from oven and cool about 5 minutes. With a serrated knife cut on a diagonal, and place back on cookie sheet, bake 15-20 minutes turning once. Cool on rack.
