How to Make Angel Date Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
    Beat egg whites with salt for 3 minutes. Add powdered sugar and beat 10 minutes. Fold in dates and nuts; drop by tablespoon onto greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake 25 minutes but watch very carefully so they don't burn! ENJOY!
