Ingredients

4 - egg whites
- pinch of salt
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup chopped nuts

How To Make angel date cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Beat egg whites with salt for 3 minutes. Add powdered sugar and beat 10 minutes. Fold in dates and nuts; drop by tablespoon onto greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake 25 minutes but watch very carefully so they don't burn! ENJOY!
