2 cpowder sugar

1/4 cunsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 chot water

4 Tbspbutter

1/2 tspvanilla

·andes mints, cut in half (to top cookie with)
How to Make Andes Mint Cookies
- Mix together first 5 ingredients.
- Roll rounded teaspoonfuls into balls and thumbprint.
- Bake 7-8 minutes at 350
- Whisk together the 5 frosting ingredients until smooth.
- Top each cookie with frosting and add half of an andes mint to center.
- Frosting will harden in about 30 minutes.
