Ingredients
- - 1and1/2 cups softened unsalted butter, 3 large eggs, 1 cup light brown sugar 3/4 cup white sugar
- - 3 tsp. vanilla, 2 tlbsp. water, 3 cups flour
- - 1 and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 and 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- - 1 - 10 oz, bag andes creme de menthe chips, 1 cup chopped nuts of choice ( i choose pecans )
How To Make andes mint and nut cookies

Step 1mix butter, sugars , eggs, water and vanilla till blended well. Add all dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in chips and nuts

Step 2drop by heaping tsp. or small cookie scoop as I did on ungreased cookie sheet

Step 3375 degrees for 10-15 min till LIGHT BROWN....
