Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    butter
  • 1 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 c
    chocolate chips
  • 2 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3 box
    ande's candies

How to Make Ande's Candies Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In sauce pan over low heat, melt butter. Then add sugar and water.
  3. Add chocolate chips, stir until partially melted
  4. remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes
  5. add eggs and dry ingredients, blend together on low speed with a mixer
  6. chill for 1 hour
  7. make into 1 inch balls and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10-13 minutes
  8. while cookie is still hot, put ande's candy on each cookie, let candy get soft then swirl mint with a spoon
  9. cool on baking rack
