Great mint chocolate cookie, always gets great reviews.

Ingredients

3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
2 - eggs
2 cups chocolate chips
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 boxes ande's candies

How To Make ande's candies cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2

In sauce pan over low heat, melt butter. Then add sugar and water.
Step 3

Add chocolate chips, stir until partially melted
Step 4

remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes
Step 5

add eggs and dry ingredients, blend together on low speed with a mixer
Step 6

chill for 1 hour
Step 7

make into 1 inch balls and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10-13 minutes
Step 8

while cookie is still hot, put ande's candy on each cookie, let candy get soft then swirl mint with a spoon
Step 9

cool on baking rack
