  In large bowl,beat the 1st 4 ingredients.Beat in eggs until well blended. Beat in vanilla.

  Mix last 3 ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture....Drop by small teaspoonful onto a greased baking sheets.

  Bake in preheated 375 oven for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned....Remove to wire racks to cool.
