I also use this recipe to make M&M cookies. They are very thick and moist...delicious!!! I will not use any other recipe when I bake cookies. They disappear fast!!

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package instant vanilla pudding (i buy lrg. box)
2 - eggs
1 package (12oz.) chocolate chips
1 cup nuts (optional)

How To Make amazing chocolate chip cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Mix flour with soda in medium bowl. In large bowl combine butter, the sugars, vanilla, and pudding mix. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in chips(or m&m's) and nuts. Batter will be stiff.

Step 2

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
