1Mix well the first four ingredients. Then add the chopped almonds. You can also use chopped pecans. Form into small balls. Then roll out into long logs and shape into 1/2 moon. Should be about 1 1/2 inches long.
2Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 300 degrees for approximately 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
3Roll into confectioners sugar while still warm. Makes 3 dozen.
