Ingredients
- 8 ounces almond paste
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 3 large egg whites
How To Make almond macaroons

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or use a silicone baking mat.Beat almond paste,sugars and flour in mixer until very well combined.Beat in egg whites(on low speed)beat until mixture is creamy.

Step 2Place mixture in a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip.Pipe two inches apart onto prepared baking sheets.Bake one sheet at a time for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown,turning half way through baking time.

Step 3Remove from oven,leave on sheets.Allow to cool completely before removing.Store in a air tight container.
