  • 1
    bag shredded sweetened coconut
  • 2/3 c
    salted almonds, roughly chopped
  • 2 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1 can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk

How to Make Almond Joy Cookies


  1. Preheat oven to 325. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stir everything together.
  3. Use a small scoop to place mounds of the mixture onto baking sheet. (or us a rounded tablespoon) Flatten slightly with wet fingers. You should get about 24 cookies.
  4. Bake 12-14 minutes until lightly browned around edges.
