almond joy cake mix cookies
I took a basic cake mix cookie recipe and made this one. The mix of the coconut cake mix, with pina colada drink mix, not to mention the Almond Joys. OMG... it is so good and easy!
Blue Ribbon Recipe
These coconut cake mix cookies are made with pantry ingredients and combine classic Almond Joy flavors into a unique cookie. The texture of the cookies is light and fluffy, with slightly crisp edges. Adding pina colada mix to the dough gives a tropical feel. Then you get the bits of chopped Almond Joy candies for a pop of chocolate and coconut. Easy to make, they'll be a hit wherever you bring them.
