1 - heaping cup almond paste
3 large egg whites beaten stiff
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup honey

How To Make almond honey cookies

Step 1

Mix almond paste,sugar and honey together,add egg whites.Drop by teaspoonful onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

Step 2

Bake in 325 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until brown.Remove from parchment paper and let cool.
