Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for coating)
How To Make almond crescents

Step 1Cream butter, vanilla and sugar, add water. Add flour. Mix in thoroughly. Add nuts (if desired). Form into crescents and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for about 25 minutes.

Step 2They should be delicately browned. While still warm roll in powdered sugar.
