almond crescents
These are so darn fun to make, wrapping dough around your finger to make the crescent shape! The taste is wonderful, since I love almond flavor, and the extra kick of the powdered sugar dredged while the cookie is still warm makes them extra good.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 3/4 cup ground almonds
- 1 teaspoon almond oil
How To Make almond crescents

Step 1Beat butter and sugar, then fold in remaining ingredients. Chill dough one hour to firm. Pinch of a teaspoon at a time and form small round cylinder. Bend around a finger to form a crescent. Place on cookie sheets. Bake 10 min at 325 degrees. Dredge in powdered sugar while warm.
