almond crescent cookies
(1 RATING)
This is my Grandma Bea's recipe for an old family favorite cookie. It is similar to the Mexican Wedding Cookie, but to my family, it is an almond crescent cookie. It melts in your mouth and leaves a smile on your face. :)

3 dozen petite cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 pound sweet butter, room temperature

How To Make almond crescent cookies
-
Step 1Add all ingredients to a large bowl. With your hands, mix the dough till a ball forms. The less mixing, the better the dought will be. Form small balls and roll them between your hands, forming a small log. Bend the log into a crescent shape, and place on greased cookie sheet. These cookies should be on the smaller side. Bake at 325 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
