These cookies have all the ingredients of everything I like in a cookie. You have chcolate chips, almonds and coconut. Using the cookie dough it makes it so easy to make.

Makes 15 large cookies
Ingredients
- 16½-oz packages roll of refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 3/4 cup shredded, sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup almonds, chopped
How To Make almond cookies made from refrigerated sugar cookie dough

Step 1Preheat you oven to 350 degrees. Coat cookie sheets with cooking oil spray

Step 2In a mixing bowl, break up the cookie dough into small pieces and allow it to soften at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3Stir in the coconut flakes, chocolate chips & almonds.

Step 4Drop cookie dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared cookie sheets.

Step 5Bake for 10-13 minutes or until cookies are JUST set and beginning to brown.

Step 6Transfer to wire racks and cool completely.* Can be stores in airtight tins or containers between sheets of waxed paper for up to 5 days.
