Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, cold
- 1/4 cup almonds, ground
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
How To Make almond cookies

Step 1Using a pastry blender, start mixing the four ingredients together.

Step 2Using your hands, work the mixture well 'till soft and smooth.

Step 3Form into 3 - 4 rolls and wrap in wax paper. Chill overnight.

Step 4Slice. Bake 325 degrees, 10 - 15 minutes or until done.

Step 5Sprinkle with confectioners sugar before serving.
