How to Make ALMOND BUTTER COOKIES
- Heat oven to 350. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until light brown.
- Cream butter and sugar. Stir in almonds and extract. Blend in flour; work with hands until dough is smooth.
- Shape dough by scant teaspoon into small balls.
- Place on ungreased baking sheet; flatten with (sugared bottom glass). Bake as above.
