These are easy to make and very good! I prefer to use light brown sugar for a lighter cookie but either may be used.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 3/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c
    firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 1/3 c
    all purpouse flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 12 oz
    semi-sweet chocolate chips

How to Make All-Time favorite chocolate chip cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. pre-heat oven to 350. Beat butter and sugars at medium speed until creamy. Add eggs and vanillabeating until blended
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Gradually add flour to butter mixture until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Drop by spoonful onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 - 14 mins until desired degree of doneness. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
  4. NOTE: 10 minutes for soft, chewy cookies about 14 minutes for crisp cookies.
